   Eric Alex Taylor, Monticello, was charged with driving while barred and possession of marijuana 3rd offense. A court date was set for April 9.

   Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was charged with driving while barred-habitual offender. An arraignment is set for April 28.

   Brynn Ashley Schrock, Central City, was found guilty of neglect/abandonment or a dependent person and eight counts of child endangerment. Sentence and fine are pending.

   Mitchell James Wernimont, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to driving on wrong side of two-way highway. He was fined $135 plus court costs.

   Debra Dee Yarrington, Lowden, was found guilty of permitting unauthorized person to drive. She was fined $354 plus court costs.

   Eric Alex Taylor, Monticello, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was set for April 9.

   Lonnie Ray Eilers, Monticello, pleaded guilty to dog at-large. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

   2:22 p.m. – Police performed a welfare check in the 100 block of W. Fifth St.

   3:41 p.m. – Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 300 block of S. Main St.

   Jordan Allen Smith, Monticello, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for April 23.

   Adam Lee Murphy Duwa, Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty to possessing contraband, eluding, and possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to a total of five years in prison, and fined a total of $1,885 plus court costs. Duwa had a charge of driving while barred-habitual offender, dismissed.

   James Patrick Dunne, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree sexual assault and incest. A jury trial is set for July 22.

   Christopher Chipman Lindsay, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $175 plus court costs.

   Tracy Scott Reiter, Clinton, was found guilty of failure to maintain control. He was fined $135 plus court costs.

   Victoria Ann Rawson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance-accident. She was fined $645 plus court costs.

   Rashan Azikiwe Steven Anderson, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. He was fined $491.25.
