Sarah Beth McMurran, Monticello, pleaded guilty to two counts of driving while barred. She was sentenced to a total of 60 days in jail, and fined a total of $1,750 plus court costs. All but 15 days were suspended, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for two years.
David Clyde Potter, Waterloo, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 15.
Keirston Lee Peterson, Anamosa, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for Dec. 15.
