Prairie Hill

     The regular meeting of the Prairie Hill 4-H Club was held at the Citizens State Bank Youth Development Center on Sept. 18, 2017.

     The meeting was called to order by Chloe Gray at 6:25 p.m. The Pledge to the American Flag was led by Leah Koehler. Roll call was “Your favorite subject,” and was answered by 51 members. Thirteen visitors were present.

     Minutes of the previous meeting were not read. The treasurer’s report was given. Motion to approve the treasurer’s report was made by Karle Kramer, seconded by Leah Koehler.

     Old business: The club agreed to donate books to the Little Learning Library. New rules for receiving a club-paid fair pass were introduced.

     New business: Sign-up for 4-H on 4-H Online. All members must sign a Code of Ethics form. Make a Difference Day is Oct. 28. The 4-H Volleyball Day is Nov. 11.

     Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Savannah Freese, seconded by Claire Hogan. The Pledge to the 4-H Flag was led by Bella Mullen.
