Prairie Hill

     The regular meeting of the Prairie Hill 4-H Club was held at the Citizens State Bank Youth Development Center on Monday, Feb. 20.

     The meeting was called to order by Caleb Hogan at 6:17 p.m. The Pledge to the American Flag was led by Bella Mullen. Roll call was, “Name your favorite hobby.” Thirty members and seven visitors were present.

     Minutes of the previous meeting were read. Motion to approve the minutes was given by Eian Weber, seconded by Cole Adams. The treasurer’s report was given. Motion to approve the treasurer’s report was made by Cord Nietert, seconded by Dawson Ricklefs. There were three outstanding bills. Motion to approve the bills was made by Karle Kramer, seconded by Cole Adams.

     Old Business: Wear 4-H shirts to the February meeting to take pictures.

     New Business: The hog weigh-in will be March 26, and 4-H basketball will be in March. May 13 is Show Your Talents day.

     Presentations were given by Bella Mullen and Lauren Koehler, Gavin and Austin Timm, Caleb Hogan, Logan  and Lilly Moetschen.

     The next meeting will be March 20. Hosting the next meeting will be Brianna Burmahl, Kole and Eian Weber, Lake Schnoor and Dawson Ricklefs. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Gavin Timm, seconded by Brianna Burmahl. The Pledge to the 4-H Flag was led by Savannah Freese.
