Scotch Grove Challengers

     The September meeting of the Scotch Grove Challengers was called to order by Secretary Aedan Althoff at 6:03 p.m. on Sept. 11th, 2020, at the Monticello Community Building. Roll call topic: favorite fall activity. Ten members, seven visitors and one leader were present. Steven Bader led the Pledge to the American flag.

     Aedan Althoff gave the Secretary’s Report, Will Wolken made the motion to approve the Secretary’s Report, seconded by Tyler Soppe, motion carried. Kacie Rickles gave the Treasurer’s Report, Steven Bader made the motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report, seconded by Lilly Stoll, motion carried.

     Old Business: The club signed thank-you cards.

     New Business: There was an enrollment system upgrade. You need to be re-enrolled by December 1 to show at the fair. The club decided not to have drinks and snacks at the meetings. Please cash your fair premiums ASAP. The club decided not to have a holiday party. There are two wedding cleanups on Oct, 4 and Nov. 8 at the Berndes Center. Be sure to check the county website and your email for updates.

     Royce Kiburz made the motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Lilly Stoll, motion carried. The Pledge to the 4-H flag was led by Aedan Althoff. The meeting ended at 6:15 p.m.
