At around 8 a.m. on June 30, the Anamosa Fire Department was called to a house fire in rural Jones County on 145th Street. At 8:30 a.m., the Monticello Fire Department was called in for mutual aid, as were several area fire departments. The house, owned by Tim and Heather Robertson, was a total loss. (Photo submitted)
