The jury trial for Thomas Woodward, Jr. is estimated to take seven days.

Woodard faces two counts of 1st degree murder, one count of 2nd degree kidnapping, and one count of attempted murder.

In late April, Woodward pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The other inmate, Michael Dutcher, is expected to face a jury trial also on June 22, but still in Jones County. He also pleaded not guilty to the same set of charges.

Woodward and Dutcher were charged with the deaths of two ASP employees: Robert McFarland and Loreana Schulte.
