Pennington Square celebrated National Assisted Living Week. This year’s theme was “A Spark of Creativity.” Former Monticello resident and artist Xene Abraham held a tile painting session at Pennington on Sept. 11. Abraham was sponsored by Above & Beyond. She teaches ageless art to people of all ages and abilities. Seated around the table are Pennington employee Kelsey McWilliams, Mary Squires, Mary Heims, Dorothy Stutt, Abraham, and Kathryn Peters.
