Bartas sweep first football contest

   Kathy and Bob Barta, both of Cedar Rapids, swept both spots in the first Express Football Contest of the year.

   Both missed three games. Kathy's tiebreaker was 37, Bob choose 48. The actual total score for the Panther game was 34 points.

   Also missing three games was Kevin Knapp of Stanwood. The winner receives $15, the runner-up $5. This week’s contest had 35 entries.

   Both guest pickers were from the Express. Pete Temple missed five games and Rae Ann Manternach missed six games.
