Cedar/Jones ECI seeks RFPs for child services

     The Cedar/Jones Early Childhood Iowa (ECI) Board is now accepting requests for proposals from organizations that provide comprehensive services for children prenatal through 5 years of age in Cedar and/or Jones counties.

   Financial support and contracting of funds is for state Fiscal Year 2025 (July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025).

   Programs need to address one of the following priorities:

   • Increasing access to quality early care and education opportunities for young children and their families

   • Promoting the development of a local mental health system that identifies and addresses the needs of young children and their families

   • Supporting community collaboration and resource sharing to enhance the lives of children 0-5 years of age and their families
