     • 7 p.m. – The Sanctuary.   Women's group.  Free, non-denominational.  The Monticello Heritage Center. 

     • 7 p.m. – Burns Lodge, AF and AM, Masonic Lodge.

     • 7 p.m. – Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, Monticello Community Building.

     • 7:30 p.m. – Jones County Landfill Commission meeting, Jones County Courthouse, Anamosa.

     • 7:30 p.m. – Monticello Airport Board meeting, Council Chambers.

     • 8 p.m. – Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 10, meeting, Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Cedar Rapids.

Wednesday, Sept. 6 –

     • 3-5:30 p.m. – Monticello Farmer’s Market.  Willow Shelter (located behind Pizza Ranch).

     • 6:30 p.m. – Jones County Amateur Radio Club meeting, community room, Jones County Courthouse, Anamosa (go in west, lower entrance).

     • 7 p.m. – The Knights of Columbus Council #1821 meets at Monticello Veterans Hall, Renaissance Center.
