• Aiyden Mikael Dean Moore, of Monticello, was arrested Aug. 13 at his address on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana-first offense. Court documents state police responded to Moore’s home for a report of child abuse. While there, officers located a backpack on the sidewalk that contained marijuana and drug paraphernalia, charging documents state. 

• Joshua Andrew Fritz, of Oxford Junction, was arrested Aug. 11 on a charge of second-degree harassment. Court documents state Fritz threatened to punch the victim in the face over the phone.

• Bailey Ann Gienapp, of Marion, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of driving with a denied or revoked license. Court documents state dispatch received a report at 2:53 p.m. Aug. 16 of an erratic driver exiting U.S. 151 onto South Main Street. A Monticello officer located the vehicle, which was swerving all over the road and braking erratically, documents state. After pulling the vehicle over, the officer identified Gienapp as the driver, documents state. 

• Anthony Michael Padillo, of Cascade, was arrested Aug. 13 on a charge of OWI first offense. Court documents state a Monticello officer observed Padillo leave a Monticello bar at around 2 p.m. and walk to his vehicle while exhibiting balance issues, documents state. Upon pulling over the vehicle, the officer noted Padilla exhibiting signs of intoxication, documents state. 

• Terrance Claire Brownell, of Wyoming, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Aug. 15 after a Jones County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped his truck, which had expired registration, court documents state. Brownell exhibited signs of intoxication and failed a preliminary breath test, documents state. 

• Austin Cael Fairley, of Monticello, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. Aug. 17. Documents state a Jones County Sheriff’s Deputy was following Fairley along Amber Road saw the vehicle Fairley was driving swerving back and forth and strike a traffic cone. Fairley exhibited signs of intoxication and a failed a preliminary breath test, documents state. 

• Kaleb Clayton Rigby, of Monticello, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Aug. 17 on a charge of OWI first offense. Court documents state an officer saw Rigby leave a Monticello bar and pulled him over. The officer noted Rigby showed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking 4 Busch Lights before driving, documents state.
