Courthouse Briefs

     Due to continued technical issues that are beyond the control of the Clerk of Court’s Office at the Jones County Courthouse in Anamosa, the Monticello Express was unable to access electronic files again last week and documents containing information for this week’s court news. The County Sheriff and Monticello Police reports are e-mailed to us separately from the online documents.

     We will plan to publish three week’s worth of District, Magistrate and Courthouse Briefs in our Dec. 14 issue.
