Dairy donations

The Jones County Dairy Board made donations of ice cream pies from the Cone Shoppe to area health care institutions. Jones County Dairy Princess Abby Fairbanks (center) presents ice cream cakes to Nancy Taylor, CMA (left) and Lisa First, PMC of MercyCare Monticello. The Jones County Dairy Board also made donations to Unity Point Health, delivered pizzas to the Fareway stores in Monticello and Anamosa, and brought ice cream to health care facilities in Anamosa. On April 24, the board planned to bring ice cream treats to the Jones Regional Medical Center.
