     Chad Daniel Cozart, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for June 4.

     Matthew John Peterson, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. a preliminary hearing is set for March 22.

     Madison Rose Hankemeier, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury, 4th degree criminal mischief, and trespassing. She was fined a total of $945 plus court costs, and sentenced to a total of 60 days in jail. Hankemeier had charges of 4th degree theft and 1st degree burglary, dismissed.

     Destiny Lee Ann Farnstrom, Oxford, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree attempted burglary. A jury trial is set for May 21.

     John Christopher Jacobson, Olin, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation (marijuana). A jury trial is set for June 4.

     Chad Daniel Cozart, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing was set for March 8.

     Mikayla Shayne Chapman, Springville, was charged with OWI 1st offense. a preliminary hearing is set for March 20.

     Samantha Jo Oberbreckling, Cascade, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Sentence and fine are pending.

     David James DeMoss, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. He had a charge of 4th degree theft, dismissed.

     Angel Ann Hurt, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Dakota James Parker, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Parker was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Elmer Adrian Gonzalez, Cascade, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $1,000 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 22.

     Jason Alan Parker, Monticello, is charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing was set for March 22.

     Robert Gibson Haas, Cascade, was charged with driving while license suspended, canceled, or revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for March 22.

     Yvette Elizabeth Perry, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 3rd offense. She was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $3,125 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and she was placed on probation for three years.

     Kory Christian Husmann, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

Husmann was also ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,565 plus court costs.

     Donald Eric Schultz, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Brandon Michael Galloway, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for March 11.

     Elijah Josiah Dowell, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for June 4.

     Quinton Aundra Rost, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for March 18.

     Robbie Ross Koster, Wyoming, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.
