District Court

     John Richard Schilt, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while barred, possession of marijuana 1^st offense, and possession of methamphetamine 1^st offense. He was sentenced to a total of six days in jail, and fined a total of $1,255 plus court costs.

     Travis Alan Camp, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for June 18.

     Jade Marie Beiber, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to forgery and possession of contraband in correctional institution. A jury trial is set for May 14.

     Moriah Carol Johnson, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2^nd offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Larry James Scofield, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of OWI 2^nd offense. He was sentenced to two years in prison, with all but 30 days suspended. He was placed on probation for two years, and fined $1,875 plus court costs.

     Brandon Michael Galloway, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for June 18.

     Catherine Marie Fritz, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense and possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for June 18.

     Corey Michael Renfer, Coon Rapids, was arrested for OWI 3^rd offense and driving while barred. No court date was set.

     Bobby Alan Smolek, Clarence, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. No court date was set.
