District Court

     Charles Thomas Bever, Marion, pleaded guilty to three counts of credit card fraud. He was sentenced to two years in prison on each count, with sentences to run concurrently. His sentences were suspended, and Bever was placed on probation for two years. He was fined $625 on each count plus court costs. His fines were also suspended. Bever was then ordered to pay restitution.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault. He was sentenced to 35 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for May 9.

     Jack Edward Sadler, Martelle, was charged with four counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and two counts of lascivious conduct with a minor. An arraignment is set for March 13.

     Jason Allen Hand, Monticello, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. An arraignment is set for March 6.

     Robert Ryan Lee Baer, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while barred, possession of contraband in a correctional institution, and possession of methamphetamine 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 8.

     Michael Dylan Shepherd, Anamosa, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license barred as a habitual offender. An arraignment is set for March 20.

     Patrisha Joan O’Bryant, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 15.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault. An arraignment is set for March 16.

     Charles Robert Evans, North Liberty, was charged with possessing contraband on/in grounds of correctional facility. An arraignment is set for March 13.

     Christopher John Simmons, Central City, was charged with controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). A preliminary hearing is set for March 8.

     Cynthia Lee Shelton, Palm Coast, Fla., was charged with going armed with intent, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, 1st degree harassment, and domestic abuse assault-display or use weapon 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 10.

     Bryce Wade Orcutt, Anamosa, was charged with controlled substance violation (methamphetamine) and obstructing prosecution or defense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 8.

     Andrew Lee Shuttleworth, Anamosa, was cited for forgery. A court is set for March 29.

     Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for May 9.

     Connor Joseph Rigby, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs, and placed on probation for one year.

     Benjamin Ree Cox, Monticello, was charged with 2nd degree harassment. A preliminary hearing is set for March 15.

     Angela Lynn Leffler, Anamosa, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A preliminary hearing is set for March 15.

     Andrew L. DeWulf, Silvis, Ill., was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for March 15.

     Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for March 22.

     Jacob Brett Harms, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Erika Jo Parker, Marion, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense, possession of marijuana 2nd offense, and unlawful possession of prescription drug. A jury trial is set for May 9.

     Isaac Kurry Reid Williams, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense and driving while barred. A jury trial is set for May 9.

     Terry Lynn Hines, Center Junction, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 15.
