Makayla Nicole Maschmann, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to assault. She was fined $65 plus court costs. 

Michelle Lynne Prenosil, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, possession of marijuana 1st offense, and four counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing was set for Sept. 4. 

David Raymond Mangold, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for driving while barred. No court date was set. 

Logan Eric Egge, Westby, Wis., was arrested for driving while barred. No court date was set. 

Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 9. 

James Colgan, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree theft. A jury trial is set for Dec. 3. 

Bradley James Alper, Santa Cruz, Calif., pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 3. 

Shawn Yamon Flowers, Anamosa, was cited for assault causing bodily injury/ mental illness. A court date is set for Sept. 18. 

Owen Michael Moore, Anamosa, was charged with 4th degree criminal mischief. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 23. 

Ryan John Schroeder, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $630 plus court costs. 

Tyler Joseph Mensen, Dyersville, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 16.
