District Court

Michelle Lynne Prenosil, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense, possession of marijuana 1st offense, and four counts of child endangerment. A jury trial is set for Dec. 17. 

Corey Robert Fullerton, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense, possession of marijuana (THC oil) 1st offense, and three counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. 

Joshua David Klaren, Marion, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree burglary. A jury trial is set for Dec. 17. 

Timothy John Rabineau, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to assault while displaying dangerous weapon and two counts of dominion/ control of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon. A jury trial is set for Dec. 17. 

Christina Jeanette Mackey, Anamosa, was charged with possession of contraband in correctional institution-controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance (Adderall). A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. 

Brad Allen Levsen, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. 

Jacob Michael Richard Poduska, Mechanicsville, was charged with OWI 3rd offense and driving while barred. A preliminary hearing was set for Sept. 23. 

Rebecca Leann Giesen, Potosi, Wis., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and $315 plus court costs. 

Shawn Yamon Flowers, Anamosa, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/ mental illness. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. 

Owen Michael Moore, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for Nov. 19. 

Ramon John Arballo, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. 

Jonathan Wayne Risinger, Anamosa, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/ mental illness. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. 

Shaylene Leann Ruopp, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for driving while license denied/revoked. No court date was set. 

Jose Luis Garcia Cortez, Columbus Junction, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Sentence and fine are pending. 

Bruce Alan Bickel, Olin, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,875plus court costs. All but seven days were suspended, and Bickel was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. 

Michelle Lynn Frantz, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 17. 

Tyler Joseph Mensen, Dyersville, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 17. 

Nathanial Allen David, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2. 

Chad Louis Coyle, Cascade, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2.
