David Bauer Sterling, Jr., Monticello, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of assault. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined court costs. 

David Raymond Mangold, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 3rd offense and driving while barred. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, and fined a total of $1,250 plus court costs. 

Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, was charged with carrying weapons. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 9. 

Amber Marie Kilberger, Mount Vernon, previously pleaded guilty to three counts of child endangerment. Judgment was deferred. She was placed on supervised probation for two years, and ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,875 plus court costs. 

Curtis James Kass, Bellevue, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of sex offender registration violation 1st offense. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 170 days suspended. He was placed on supervised probation for one year, and fined $625 plus court costs. 

Angel Guerrero Garcia, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of assault on a corrections officer. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. 

Brad Allen Levsen, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to eluding, driving while license denied/revoked, and OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 7. 

Joshua Orin Bailey, Olin, pleaded not guilty to sex offender-verification violation 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 7. 

Sara Michelle Porter, Monticello, was cited for dependant adult abuse-exploitation. A court date is set for Oct. 9. 

Lara Maree Rosendahl, Eagle Grove, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of prescription drug and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for two years. Rosendahl was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $630 plus court costs. 

Colton John Tack, Toronto, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Tack was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs. The civil penalty was waived. 

Matthew William Kumley, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $250 plus court costs. 

Logan Brett Seeley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended. He was placed on unsupervised probation for one year, and fined $315 plus court costs. 

Nathan Merrill Gracey, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Nov. 19. 

Larry James Scofield, Anamosa, was cited for driving while license denied/ revoked. A court date is set for Oct. 23. 

Jose Luis Garcia, Columbus Junction, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. 

Chance David Dempsey, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and interference with official acts. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and a total of $1,875 plus court costs. 

Jason James Bennett, Anamosa, previously pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. 

Roger Dale Heiter, Anamosa, previously pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs. 

Lucas John Otting, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,565 plus court costs. 

Laurie Ann Fuller, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs. 

Stephen Carl Renk, North Liberty, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 7. 

Nathanial Allen David, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 7. 

Christopher John Larson, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 30. 

Alex Douglas Deutmeyer, Dyersville, was charged with OWI 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 9.
