District Court

James Alan Loehr, Coggon, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. All but 20 days were suspended, and Loehr was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. 

Dustin Michael Gudenkauf, Center Junction, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license is barred. An arraignment is set for Nov. 4. 

Michael Ray Caramela, Shellsburg, was charged with assault with intent to commit sexual abuse causing injury. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 16. 

Kenneth S. Stulz, Milan, Ill., was charged with OWI 1st offense, possession of THC oil and THC wax 1st offense, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 16. 

Austin Ryan Yeisley, Springville, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined court costs. 

James D. Clark, Marshall, Wis., was cited for possession of cannabidiol 2nd offense. A court date is set for Oct. 30. 

Luke Allen Jaeger, Earlville, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 16. 

Janice Irene Glenn, Olin, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 16. 

Patricia Ann Brawner, Albia, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 21.
