Cole Allen Egge, Viola, Wis., pleaded not guilty to unauthorized use of credit card. A jury trial is set for Feb. 4. He was also charged with possession of methamphetamine 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 6. 

Brandon Michel Thomsen, Anamosa, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 6. 

Jason C. McElmeel, Wyoming, was arrested for domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. No court date was set. 

Juan Gernaro Capetillo, Cedar Rapids, was found guilty of contempt of court. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, and fined court costs. 

Michael Ray Caramela, Coggon, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree sexual abuse and assault with intent to commit sex abuse. No court date was set. 

Jesse Daniel Bauer, Filley, Neb., was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 6. 

Jeremy David Peterson, Monticello, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 6. 

Timothy Paul Foster, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined court costs. 

Valerie Sue Carpenter, Denver, Colo., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Sentence and fine are pending. 

Michael Richard McVeigh, Marion, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Sentence and fine are pending. 

Joseph Marc Vislisel, Morley, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 4. 

Jonathan Wayne Risinger, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A jury trial is set for Feb. 4. 

Jason Alan Parker, Anamosa, was charged with 4th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 30. 

Cassandra Marie Luzum, Monticello, was charged with 4th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 30. 

Danielle Lee Richardson, Marion, was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drug. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 30. 

Aimee Nicole Johnson, Filley, Neb., was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drug. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 6. 

John Eugene Kaub, Martelle, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. 

Toby Joal Knapp, Mechanicsville, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and eluding. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for two years. Knapp was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $630 plus court costs. He had a charge of OWI 1st offense, dismissed. 

Randy Richard Rickels, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $1,875 plus court costs. 

Chad Louis Coyle, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set. 

Christopher John Larson, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 4. 

Janice Irene Glenn, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set. 

Patricia Ann Brawner, Albia, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 4. 

Derik John Thomas, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. No court date was set. 

Gregory John Tuttle, Monticello, was charged with OWI 3rd offense and driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 7.
