Logan Eric Egge, Westby, Wis., pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Feb. 11. 

Brandon Leon Johnson, Sunbury, Pa., was arrested for unauthorized use of credit card. No court date was set. 

Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, was found guilty to 3rd degree burglary. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $750 plus court costs. The sentence and fine were both suspended, and Mundorf was placed on probation for three years. He was ordered to pay victim restitution. 

Ellie Elizabeth Merrill, Anamosa, was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 4. 

Valerie Sue Carpenter, Denver, Colo., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Carpenter was fined court costs and ordered to pay victim restitution. 

Michael Gene Recker, Scotch Grove, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 11. 

Kenneth Michael Frazer, Chester, Ill., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined court costs. 

Alyssa Elizabeth-Brook Montijo, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $500 plus court costs. She had charges of possession of cocaine 1st offense and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, dismissed. 

Natasha Lenyn Welsh, Manchester, pleaded not guilty to possession of theft-detection removal device. A jury trial is set for Feb. 11. 

Nicole Ann Marzette, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. 

Nathanial Allen David, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. David was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs. 

Kenneth S. Stulz, Milan, Ill., pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and two counts of possession of marijuana 1st offense. No court date was set.
