Kyler Radford Brundage, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense and driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18. 

Brian Duane Kapurch, Sr., Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-display/use weapon 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18. 

Dillon Lee Graf, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18. 

Todd Duane Moore, Anamosa, was found guilty of contempt of court. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail. 

Jacob Eugene Hansel, Martelle, was charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon-injure/ provoke fear and dominion/ control of firearm/offensive weapon by felon. An arraignment is set for Nov. 12. 

Hunter Gunnard Linne, Creston, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree criminal mischief. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on probation for three years. He was ordered to pay restitution totaling $6,840.25 to seven different victims. Linne was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $750 plus court costs. 

Brenda Lee Sinclair, Indianola, pleaded not guilty to possession of contraband in correctional institution. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18. 

Cassandra Jo Hunter, Hopkinton, pleaded not guilty to possessing pseudoephedrine as a precursor with intent to manufacture. No court date was set. 

John Dale Spores, Jr., Center Junction, pleaded not guilty to possession of contraband in correctional institution and controlled substances 2nd offense-enhanced penalties. A jury trial is set for Jan. 7. 

Dakota Paul Denolf, Onslow, was charged with eluding, OWI 2nd offense, possession of marijuana 2nd offense, possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of prescription drug. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 13. 

Ramon Jordan Arballo, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. 

Shaylene Leann Ruopp, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Jan. 14. 

Dane Allen Clark, Anamosa, was charged with driving while license suspended/denied/revoked/ barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 20. 

Cassandra Ranae Abell, Monmouth, was charged with domestic abuse assault. An arraignment is set for Dec. 9. 

Jacob Michael Richard Poduska, Mechanicsville, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense and driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18. 

Luke Allen Jaeger, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18.
