Clinton Thomas Young, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. 

Dillon Lee Graf, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to four counts of unauthorized use of a credit card. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Angel Eduardo Nunez, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred and OWI 1st offense. No court date was set. 

Brandon Michael Thomson, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Adam Lee Gersdorf, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 4. 

Jacob Eugene Hansel, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to intimidation with a dangerous weapon-injure/ provoke fear and dominion/ control of a firearm/offensive weapon by felon. A jury trial is set for Jan. 28. 

Daniel James Grother, Tipton, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft, driving while barred, and unlawful possession of prescription drug. A jury trial is set for Jan. 14. 

Chett Aaron Miracle, Maquoketa, was charged with controlled substance violation (marijuana), failure to affix drug stamp, possession of cannibidoil 1st offense, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 15. 

Amber Nicole Anderson, Onslow, was charged with controlled substance violation (marijuana), failure to affix drug stamp, possession of cannibidoil 1st offense, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 15. 

Charles Leroy Fellers, Monticello, was charged with driving while license suspended/denied/revoked/ barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 27. 

Matthew William Kumley, Monticello, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $250 plus court costs. 

Nathan Merrill Gracey, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, to run concurrently with a sentence in Linn County. He was fined $625 plus court costs. 

Owen Michael Moore, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 4th degree criminal mischief. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs. 

David Lee Dirks, Hopkinton, pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Danielle Lee Richardson, Marion, pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession of prescription drug and OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18. 

Aimee Nicole Johnson, Filley, Neb., pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession of prescription drug and OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Jeremy David Peterson, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Joshua Joe Neal, Lost Nation, was charged with intentional trespassing. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 27. 

Gregory John Tuttle, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense and driving while barred. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Rebecca Sue Moore, Olin, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 27. 

Chad Eric Carlson, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 25. 

Matthew Lynn Walshire, Olin, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 4.
