Jacob Eugene Hansel, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred and eluding. A jury trial is set for Jan. 28. 

Corey Robert Fullerton, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of marijuana 1st offense and three counts of child endangerment. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. Fullerton was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $2,505 plus court costs. 

Dustin Michael Gudenkauf, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. 

Glenn Irving Graver, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to tampering with witness/ juror. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18. 

Adam Lee Gersdorf, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 10. 

Jordan Lee Jaeger, Marion, was charged with two counts of 3rd degree theft. An arraignment was set for Dec. 2. 

Shane Kenneth Ness, Cedar Rapids, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing was set for Dec. 4. 

Anthony Michael Padillo, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to trespassing causing damage and 3rd degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, and fined a total of $940 plus court costs. All but 40 days were suspended, and Padillo was placed on supervised probation for two years. He had charges of three counts of 2nd degree criminal mischief, two counts of trespassing-injury/damage, and two counts of 4th degree criminal mischief, all dismissed. 

Sara Michelle Porter, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to dependent adult abuse-exploitation over $100. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Joseph Marc Vislisel, Morley, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. He had a charge of possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, dismissed. 

Nathan Alan Thomson, Mount Vernon, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A jury trial is set for Jan. 7. 

James D. Clark, Marshall, Wis., pleaded not guilty to possession of cannabidiol 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Gauge Leon Linne, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,000 plus court costs. 

Noah Hunter Simmons I, Anamosa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Dec. 9. 

Nicholas Michael Wink, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. 

Chad Louis Coyle, Cascade, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. 

Lee Ann Clark, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 28. 

Rebecca Sue Moore, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.
