District Court

Levi Allen Miller, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. 

Logan Eric Egge, Westby, Wis., pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to four days in jail, and fined $750 plus court costs. 

Charles James Ellison, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for March 10. 

Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 11. 

Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, was found guilty of contempt. She was sentenced to four days in jail, to run concurrently with two other sentences. 

Faalon Fiorellia Crayton, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to assault on persons engaged in certain occupations and two counts of 2nd degree harassment. She was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined a total of $945 plus court costs. 

Chett Aaron Miracle, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation (marijuana), failure to affix drug stamp, possession of cannabidoil 1st offense, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 10. 

David Edward Lietz, Scotch Grove, was arrested for three counts of intimidation with dangerous weapon. No court date was set. 

Cassandra Renae Abell, Monmouth, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 10. 

Dexter John Tjaden, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 11. 

Austin Nathan Reed, Hiawatha, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for Dec. 11. 

Lonnie Ray Eilers, Monticello, was found guilty to contempt. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, and fined court costs. 

Matthew Lynn Walshire, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 10.
