Angel Eduardo Nunez, Cascade, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. Nunez had a charge of driving while barred, dismissed. 

Shane Kenneth Ness, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for March 31. 

Matthew Jay Ashcraft, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to impersonating a public official. A jury trial is set for March 31. 

Chris Russell West, Anamosa, was charged with carrying weapons. An arraignment is set for Jan. 13. 

Dustin Edward Kula, Monticello, was charged with 1st degree harassment. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15. 

Adam Lee Gersdorf, Anamosa, was charged with controlled substance violation (met h amph e t a m i n e) , possession of marijuana 3rd offense, and possession of controlled substance 2nd offense (methamphetamine). A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15. 

Justin Lee Lefella, Wyoming, was arrested for child endangerment, OWI 1st offense, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. No court date was set. 

David Edward Lietz, Scotch Grove, pleaded not guilty to three counts of intimidation with dangerous weapon. A jury trial is set for March 31. 

Jordan Lee Jaeger, Marion, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft. A jury trial is set for March 31. 

Michael Gene Recker, Scotch Grove, pleaded not guilty to possession of contraband in correctional institution and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

Nathan Robert Leslie, Tipton, pleaded not guilty to gathering where controlled substances are used and gathering where marijuana is used. A jury trial is set for March 10. 

Joshua Paul Yeisley, Springville, was charged with conspiring to manufacture/ deliver/possess with intent to deliver methamphetamine and conspiring to manuf a c t u re / d el i v e r / possess with intent to deliver marijuana. An arraignment is set for Jan. 13. 

Donald Floyd Dusenberry, Davenport, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of controlled substances 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15. 

Charlie Daniel Jenkins, Marion, was charged with OWI 1st offense, possession of methamphetamine, assault on persons in certain occupations, and driving while license suspended/ denied/revoked/barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 8. 

Dane Allen Clark, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/ revoked. He was fined $1,000 plus court costs. 

Hunter Gunnard Linne, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to false report of indictable offense to public entity. A jury trial is set for March 31. 

Randy Lavern McKenzie, Jr., Iowa City, was charged with driving while license suspended/denied/revoked/ barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15. 

Valerie Leeann Keppel, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for possession of marijuana 2nd offense. No court date was set. 

Lucas Ross Tjelmeland, Cedar Rapids, was charged with domestic abuse assault causing injury. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 22. 

Jack C. Russell, Saint Charles, Ill., was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for Jan. 29.
