Evan James Shelton, Marion, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree theft. A jury trial is set for March 3. 

James Alan Loehr, Coggon, pleaded not guilty to trespassing-injury/damage and driving while barred. A jury trial is set for April 7. 

Michael Allen Pearson, Martelle, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 22. 

Gage Christian Kelly, Oxford Junction, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 22. 

Paige Marie Hansen Beadle, Monticello, was arrested for unauthorized use of credit card and 3rd degree burglary-motor vehicle. No court date was set. 

Timothy Gerald Null, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 22. 

Beau James Ludley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and fined $1,000 plus court costs. His sentence was suspended, and Ludley was placed on probation for three years. 

Ronald Jermel Donelson, Marion, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of 3rd degree theft. He was sentcned to 86 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. Forty-five days were suspended, and Donelson was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. The fine was also suspended. 

Stephanie Lynn Rich, Marion, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended, and Rich was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. The fine was also suspended. 

Nathan Merrill Gracey, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to attempting to elude and operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined a total of $1,250 plus court costs. The fines were suspended, and Gracey was ordered to pay victim restitution. He had charges of possession of burglar’s tools and driving while barred, dismissed. 

Michael Gene Recker, Scotch Grove, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. He had a charge of possession of contraband in correctional institution, dismissed. 

Jason Alan Parker, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree theft. A jury trial is set for Feb. 25. 

Cassandra Ranae Abell, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of assault causing bodily injury. She was fined $315 plus court costs. 

Austin Corey Reed, Hiawatha, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 7. 

Zachary T. Stivers, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 7. 

Mathew Kenneth Koob, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance 1st offense (methamphetamine). A jury trial is set for April 7. 

Nichole Dianne Matthess, Oxford Junction, was cited for possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A court date is set for Jan. 15. 

Matthew Lynn Walshire, Olin, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs, with $625 waived. 

Justin Paul Banks, West Chester, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 7. 

Robert Allen Gray, Delaware, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 7.
