District Court

Beau James Ludley, Cascade, pleaded guilty to operating motor vehicle while license barred and eluding. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended, and Ludley was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. 

Cortnee Sue Hall, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault with intent to inflict serious injury. A jury trial is set for April 21. 

Joshua Lee Shepherd, Monmouth, was charged with operating motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for March 2. 

Timothy Paul Foster, Anamosa, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense (methamphetamine). A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 5. 

Jacob Evans Heideman, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury. A jury trial is set for April 21. 

Joshua Alan Kletke, La Crosse, Wis., was charged with interference with official acts and carrying weapons. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 29. 

Ryan Lucas Thomas, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana. A court date is set for Feb. 5. 

Skye Aileen Hankemeier, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 21. 

Jessica Dawn Armstrong, Des Moines, pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession of prescription drug and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 21. 

Charlie Daniel Jenkins, Tipton, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense, possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, and assault on a peace officer. He was sentenced to four days in jail, and fined a total of $1,880 plus court costs. Jenkins had a charge of driving while license denied/ revoked, dismissed. 

Alex Douglas Deutmeyer, Dyersville, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 21. 

Shawn Kristopher Stoecker, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 21. 

Gary Dennis Carlson, Jr., Anamosa, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 29. 

Zachary Chans Monk, Monticello, was arrested for OWI 2nd offense. No court date was set.
