Jordan Lee Jaeger, Marion, pleaded guilty to two counts of 3rd degree theft. He was sentenced to a total of 10 days in jail, and fined a total of $1,250 plus court costs. The fines were suspended.

Matthew Jay Ashcraft, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to impersonating a public official. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs. The civil penalty was suspended.

Tyler Manson Kula, Hopkinton, pleaded not guilty to three counts of unauthorized use of credit card. A jury trial is set for April 23.

Thomas Arthur Coyle, Springville, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for May 19. Tami Lynn Duffy, Cascade, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of 3rd degree theft. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs.

Zachariah Martin Schminkey, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree burglary and driving while barred. A jury trial is set for April 14.

Brandon Lee Dingle, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to three counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse. A jury trial is set for May 19.

Anthony Scott Covington, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 26.

Jeremy David Peterson, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

Jack C. Russell, Madison, Wis., pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 12.

Traci Lee Welker, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons in certain occupations. A jury trial is set for May 12.

Quinton Aundra Rost, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 14.

Elisabeth Warren, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 12.

Lindsay Marie Chalmers, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 19.

Stephen Carl Renk, North Liberty, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs.

Waqar Shahid, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.
