District Court

     Timothy Gerald Null, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for May 19.

     Tiffany Lynn Holub, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and two counts of child endangerment. A jury trial is set for April 14.

     Joshua Lee Shepherd, Monmouth, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for June 2.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, was charged with violation of probation. A preliminary hearing is set for March 16.

     Joshua Lee Finneman, Anamosa, was found guilty of contempt of court. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

     Jade Marie Bieber, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of forgery. She was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence and fine were suspended, and she was placed on supervised probation for two years. Bieber also pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession of marijuana 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Perry DeLynn Knapp, Sr., Anamosa, was charged with four counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse, two counts of lascivious acts with a child, sexual exploitation of a minor, incest, seven counts of purchasing/possessing depictions of a minor in sex acts, and child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for March 4.

     Michael Jon Duffy, Maquoketa, pleaded guilty to 4th degree theft. He was fined $315 plus court costs, and ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Austin Corey Reed, Hiawatha, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,000 plus court costs.

     David O’Leary Lochner, Savannah, Ill., pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 5.

     Ryan Lucas Thomas, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 5.

     Andruw Jonathan Jara, Bellevue, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 5.

     Terry Lynn Hines, Center Junction, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 5.

     Larry James Scofield, Anamosa, was found guilty of OWI 3rd offense. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $3,125 plus court costs. All but 30 days were suspended, to be served in the Jones County Jail. He was placed on supervised probation for three years.

     Patricia Ann Brawner, Albia, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Justin Paul Banks, West Chester, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and Banks was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Kiel John Dirks, Monticello, was charged with OWI 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 2.

     Brandon Lynn Russell, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 4.

     Lori Lynn Swain, Anamosa, was cited for OWI 1st offense. A court date is set for March 25.
