District Court

     Terrell Lavonte Cole, Oxford Junction, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. An arraignment is set for April 3.

     Andrew Allen DeVault, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault with intent to inflict serious injury and driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for June 6.

     Aaron James Coon, Ames, was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements 1st offense. An arraignment is set for April 3.

     Michael Dylan Shepherd, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for June 6.

     Nicholas Scott Seeley, Anamosa, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for April 5.

     Trevor Alan Siebels, Monticello, pleaded guilty to a lesser offense of assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail. His sentenced was suspended, and Siebels was placed on self-supervised probation for six months. He was fined court costs.

     Nicholas John Goetz, Olin, was charged with two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements 2nd offense or subsequent offense. An arraignment is set for April 3.

     Robert Ryan Lee Baer, Cedar Rapids, was charged with prisoner possessing contraband while confined, possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense, and operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for April 3.

     Troy Lynn Petz, Jr., address not available, was charged with assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. An arraignment is set for March 27.

     Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, was arrested for drug distribution violation to person under 18 and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 7.

     Angela Lee Pearson, Olin, was arrested for 2nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for March 29.

     Allen Douglas Osterkamp, Monticello, was arrested for 2nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for March 29.

     Tyler Mason Kula, Hopkinton, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 6.

     Benjamin Ree Cox, Delhi, was charged with 2nd degree harassment. An arraignment is set for March 27.

     Ashton Elaine English, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 5.

     Melanie Nerissa Harris, Milwaukee, Wis., was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for April 5.

     Scott Fredrick Lubben, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail. He was assessed a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs. Lubben also had a charge of speeding, dismissed.

     Roberto Ryan Ramirez, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of controlled substance (focalin). Judgment was deferred on both counts, and Ramirez was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was also assessed civil penalties totaling $1,565 plus court costs.

     Tracy Lynn Tuel, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. She was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $1,875 plus court costs.

     Austin Robert Green, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 6.

     Terry Lynn Hines, Center Junction, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 6.

     Aaron R. Williams, Lancaster, Wis., was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 5.

     Donald Edward Curran, Hopkinton, was charged with OWI 1st offense and eluding. A preliminary hearing was waived. No further court date was set.

     Carrie Anne Gralund, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 7.
