District Court

     Cortnee Sue Hall, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $350 plus court costs.

     Dustin Edward Kula, Scotch Grove, pleaded guilty to 1st degree harassment. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Brett Matthew Farmer, Coralville, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons in certain occupations, assault, and two counts of assault by inmate. A jury trial is set for June 16.

     Brittany Nicole Creamer, Martelle, was charged with child endangerment and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 25.

     Keirston Free Peterson, Lisbon, was charged with OWI 2nd offense and driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for March 16.

     Hunter Keith Andersen, Monticello, was charged with possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 25.

     James D. Clark, Marshall, Wis., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Richard Anthony Daniel, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Jessica Dawn Armstrong, Des Moines, pleaded guilty to possession of prescription drug and possession of marijuana 2nd offense. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, and fined a total of $940 plus court costs. All but seven days were suspended, and Armstrong was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Brett Joseph Moravek, Marion, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 2.

     Hannah Jo Bonifazi King, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 25.

     David Mitchell Secrist, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana 2nd offense. No court date was set.

     Alex Douglas Deutmeyer, Dyersville, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs.

     Gary Dennis Carlson, Jr., Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for June 2.

     Kiel John Dirks, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for June 2.

     Brandon Lynn Russell, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 16.

     Lori Lynn Swain, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. Sentenced and fine are pending.

     Richard Alan Camp, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 16.

     Mark Richard Scofield, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for June 2.

     Makenzie Ray Faust, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 25.
