District Court

     Brittany Nichole Creamer, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment and possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 7.

     Lucinda Henak, Oxford Junction, was charged with domestic abuse assault. An arraignment is set for June 1.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 7.

     Lindsay Marie Chalmers, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and Chalmers was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Tamarah Elizabeth Iben, Springville, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2^nd offense. A jury trial is set for July 7.

     Chad William Heskett, Anamosa, was cited for assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A court date is set for May 6.

     Scott Edwin Dye, Pinckney, Mich., pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 14.

     Tylor Dean Boheman, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for June 16.

     Kaylene Jean Pierson-Lilly, Marion, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 14.

     Christopher John Larson, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3^rd offense. A jury trial is set for July 14.

     Joseph Matthias Koube, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 14.
