District Court

     Joshua Lee Shepherd, Monmouth, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Jasmin Nicole McGee, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to two counts of child endangerment. A jury trial is set for July 14.

     Jeffery Marcellinus Friis, Oelwein, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 3^rd offense and OWI 3^rd offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 25.

     Colby J. Aiknes, Bloomington, Ill., was charged with possession of firearm/offensive weapon by felon, carrying weapons, and possession of marijuana 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for May 18.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, was charged with possession of contraband in correctional institution-controlled substance (methamphetamine). An arraignment is set for June 1.

     Gage Joseph David Szakacs, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for July 14.

     Randall Winston Wood, Aurora, Mo., was charged with possession of marijuana 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for May 18.

     Cletus M. Yoder, Aurora, Mo., was charged with possession of marijuana 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for May 18.
