District Court

     Corey Michael Renfer, Coon Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense and two counts of driving while barred. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail, and fined a total of $3,125 plus court costs.

     Thomas Arthur Coyle, Springville, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended, and Coyle was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Kyle Brandon Orcutt, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of burglar’s tools. He was fined $625 plus court costs.

     Brittany Nichole Creamer, Martelle, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to one year in jail, and fined a total of $625 plus court costs. All but 10 days were suspended, and Creamer was placed on self-supervised probation for two years.

     Richard Allen Jones, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-impeding flow of air/blood. A jury trial is set for July 21.

     Kali Ann Lucille Eicholtz, Cedar Rapids, was charged with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, possession of amphetamines 1st offense, possession of marijuana 1st offense, and carrying weapons. An arraignment is set for June 15.

     Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for July 29.

     Rico Osby, Fort Madison, pleaded not guilty to willful injury-causing serious injury and assault on persons in certain occupations-intent of injury. A jury trial is set for July 21.

     Colby J. Aiknes, Chicago, Ill., pleaded not guilty to dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by felon, carrying weapons, and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for July 21.

     Margie Bunker, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for June 22.

     Terry Lynn Hines, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Hines was also fined court costs.

     Dilan Ray Spalding, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for July 21.

     Michael James Roster, Vinton, was charged with an amended count of assault. A bench trial is set for June 24.

     Craig Steven Horneck, Reeseville, Wis., pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Zachary Chans Monk, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,825 plus court costs. All but seven days were suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Makenzie Ray Faust, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for July 21.

     Ismel Lautrok, Dubuque, was charged with OWI 3rd offense and driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for May 29.
