District Court

     Weston Ray Burdt, Cedar Rapids, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for July 29.

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for Aug. 12.

     Melissa Ann Snyder, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to three counts of lesser offenses of child endangerment. She was sentenced to one year in jail, and fined a total of $1,875 plus court costs. All but 10 days were suspended, and Snyder was placed on supervised probation for two years. The fines were also suspended.

     Richard Allen Jones, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by felon. A jury trial is set for Oct. 13.

     Carly Jean Dixon, Cedar Rapids, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license is barred, 1^st degree theft, and OWI 3^rd offense. An arraignment is set for June 22.

     Tanner Clayton Hayzlett, Olin, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A preliminary hearing is set for June 24.

     Kyle Harlin Fry, Edgewood, was charged with OWI 1^st offense and possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 24.

     Randy Lavern McKenzie, Jr., Iowa City, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Hunter Keith Andersen, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and Andersen was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Noah Bruce Barnett, Waterloo, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for Oct. 13.

     Brian John Deery, Anamosa, was cited for assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A court date is set for July 29.

     Jessica Nona Pinkston, Cedar Rapids, was cited for possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A court date is set for July 29.

     Ismel Lautrok, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3^rd offense and driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Sept. 15.

     John Henry McAndrew, Maquoketa, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 29.
