     Charles Leroy Fellers, Monticello, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 14.

     John Andrew Egger, Olin, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree harassment and assault on persons in certain occupations. A jury trial is set for Dec. 1.

     Chad Andrew Merritt, Anamosa, was charged with child endangerment and two counts of possession of marijuana 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 12.

     Calvin Donnell Williams, Monticello, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding flow of air/blood and domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 28.

     Sasha Marie Meyer, Anamosa, was charged with child endangerment and possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for Oct. 12.

     Kevin Paul Koppes, Monticello, was charged with driving while barred. A court date is set for Oct. 7.

     Harli Raye Beshears, Marion, was found guilty of contempt. He She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, to run concurrently with two sentences in Linn County. She was also fined court costs.

     Ahmad Fouad Alrubai, Lemon Grave, Calif., was charged with OWI 1st offense, possession of methamphetamine 1st offense, and possession of a controlled substance (heroine) 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 2.

     Zachary Michael Starr, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined court costs.

     Randall Winston Wood, Aurora, Mo., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and Wood was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $500 plus court costs and pay victim restitution.

     Nichole Dianne Matthess, Olin, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 5.

     Aviannia Detayvia Reese Manley, Cedar Rapids, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for Oct. 28.

     Priyanka D. Patel, Cedar Rapids, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for Oct. 28.

     Theodore Joseph Weber, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Jan. 5.
