District Court

     Ryan Lee Robert Baer, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred, possession of contraband in correctional institution, and possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for May 16.

     Patrisha Joan O’Bryant, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for July 11.

     Erica Abigail Sams, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of burglar’s tools and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for July 18.

     Aaron James Coon, Ames, was charged with sex offender registration violation 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 3.

     Freddie Wayne Eison, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to forgery and 2nd degree theft. He was sentenced to five years in prison and fined a total of $1,500 plus court costs. Both the sentence and payment of fines were suspended, and Eison was placed on probation for three years. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,311.44.

     Bret James Tratchel, West Liberty, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree theft. A jury trial is set for July 11.

     Michael William Huth, Anamosa, was charged with possession of firearm/offensive weapon by a felon. An arraignment is set for April 24.

     Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, was charged with distributing/possessing with intent to distribute a controlled substance to a person under 18. An arraignment is set for April 17. Cudahy also pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for July 18.

     Allen Douglas Osterkamp, Monticello, was charged with 2nd degree theft and 3rd degree burglary-motor vehicle. An arraignment is set for April 24.

     Logan Roger Springer, Maquoketa, was charged with controlled substance (methamphetamine) violation. A preliminary hearing is set for April 26.

     Jake William Wuckert, Monticello, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. An arraignment is set for April 24.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, was charged with 1st degree theft. A preliminary hearing was set for April 12.

     Cori Jo Kula, Anamosa, was charged with 2nd degree theft and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 17.

     Kacie Fleming, Anamosa, was arrested for two controlled substance (methamphetamine and marijuana) violations. No court date was set.

     Marty Lynn Seeley, Anamosa, was arrested for two controlled substance (methamphetamine and marijuana) violations. No court date was set.

     Benjamin Ree Cox, Delhi, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree harassment. A jury trial is set for July 11.

     Andrew L. DeWulf, Silvis, Ill., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was placed on self-supervised probation for one year, and ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Michelle Lynn Moore, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for April 24.

     Dominick John Ludwig, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for April 17.

     Cody Michael Queto, Elkhart, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for April 17.

     Holly Marie Bedbenbender, Anamosa, was charged with possession of prescription drug/device without prescription. An arraignment is set for April 17.

     Nichole Dianne Matthess, Oxford Junction, was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drug. A preliminary hearing is set for April 26.

     Christa Mae Rickels, Scotch Grove, was charged with possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 26.

     Jennifer Rae Armstrong, Oxford Junction, was charged with methamphetamine 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 26.

     Adam Troy Tincknell, Crystal City, Mo., pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Cody Allen Emmer, Cascade, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for May 8.

     Aaron R. Williams, Lancaster, Wis., pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for July 18.

     Carrie Anne Gralund, Anamosa, Wyo., was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for April 17.
