     John Thomas Spalding, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to sex offender-registration violation 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 8.

     Nicholas Edward Adams, Marion, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Feb. 9.

     Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Feb. 2.

     Timothy James Hensley, Mechanicsville, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Feb. 2.

     Sasha Marie Meyer, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 14.

     Justin Ray Pearson, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment and OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 9.

     Brier Allen Dunkel, Monticello, was arrested for assault with intent to inflict serious injury, assault causing bodily injury/mental illness, and OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Gauge Leon Linne, Monticello, was found guilty of contempt of court. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to run concurrently with another sentence. Linne also pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense and two counts of child endangerment. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined a total of $3,125 plus court costs. He had a charge of driving while barred, dismissed.

     Derek Charles Summers, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts causing bodily injury. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence and fine were suspended, and he was placed on probation for two years. Summers had charges of assault on persons engaged in certain occupations and driving while license denied/revoked, dismissed.

     Richard Allen Jones, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by felon. He was sentenced to five years in prison, and fined $750 plus court costs. The sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for one year.

     Amy Lynn Hermsen, Monticello, was charged with three counts of credit card fraud. An arraignment is set for Oct. 26.

     Dillon James Allen Abbott, Marion, was charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 28.

     Darcie Lynn Dewar, Olin, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 8.

     Noah Frederick Williams, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 2.

     Mattie Rae Arman, Anamosa, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date is set for Nov. 18.

     Lori Lynn Swain, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. All but 10 days were suspended, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Makenzie Ray Faust, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,875 plus court costs. All but seven days were suspended, and was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     William Charles Burton, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession/carrying weapons while under the influence and OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 9.

     Dennis Patrick Dullea, Marion, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3rd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 2.

     Aaron Joseph Steuri, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 28.
