District Court

     Brandon Leon Johnson, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree theft. He was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Deshun Alejandro Nocentelli, Iowa City, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for March 9.

     Michael Dylan Shepherd, Monmouth, was charged with driving while barred. No court date was set.

     Sarah Beth McMurran, Monticello, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Dec. 14.

     Jacob Douglas Black, Solon, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and OWI 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 18.

     Brad Allen Levsen, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of LSD 3^rd offense, possession of methamphetamine 3^rd offense, and possession of marijuana 3^rd offense. A jury trial is set for March 2.

     Emilio Robert Tamayo, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. He was sentenced to four days in jail, and fined $430 plus court costs.

     Henry Arthur Swan III, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for March 9.

     Hayley Ann Marie Scott, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended.

     Dennis Patrick Dullea, Marion, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended.

     Michelle Lee Wright, Manchester, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2^nd offense. No court date was set.

     Kasper John Heiken, Wyoming, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Nov. 16.
