District Court

     Gerald Wayne Monson, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree theft. He was fined $625 plus court costs and sentenced to two years in prison. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Wendi Sue Smith, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment. Jury trial is set for July 25.

     Grayson James Forrester, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana, 3rd offense. Jury trial is set for July 25.

     Tyler John Koob, Cedar Rapids, was charged with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. Preliminary hearing is set for May 3.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, was charged with driving while barred. Preliminary hearing is set for May 3.

     Kenneth Bruce Bedenbender II, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree theft and three counts of 3rd degree burglary. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison and fined a total of $3,000 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Socrates Antoine Harper, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was fined $315 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Andrew Lee Shuttleworth, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to forgery. Jury trial is set for July 25.

     Joshua Patrick Cudahy, Scotch Grove, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana and drug distribution violation to person under 18. Jury trial is set for Aug. 1.

     Angela Lee Pearson, Olin, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft. Jury trial is set for July 18.

     Angelica Marie Meade, Davenport, was charged with introducing intoxicants or drugs into institution. Preliminary hearing is set for May 3.

     Gunner Andrew Domeyer, Delaware, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree theft. Jury trial is set for May 2.

     Angela Lynn Leffler, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. Jury trial is set for July 25.

     Dominick John Ludwig, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana, 1st  offense. Jury trial is set for July 25.

     Cody Michael Queto, Elkhart, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana, 1st  offense. Jury trial is set for july 18.

     Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession of prescription drug. Jury trial is set for Aug. 1.

     Ashton Elaine English, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana. Jury trial is set for May 16.

     Melanie Nerissa Harris, Milwaukee, Wis., was charged with possession of marijuana, 1st offense. Arraignment is set for May 8.

     Pattrick Loren O’Neal, Monticello, was charged with possession of marijuana, 1st offense. Arraignment is set for May 8.

     Gauge Leon Linne, Oxford Junction, was charged with assault causing bodily injury. Arraignment is set for May 8.

     Christa Mae Rickels, Scotch Grove, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, 1st offense. Arraignment is set for May 8.

     Jennifer Rae Armstrong, Oxford Junction, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, 1st offense. Arraignment is set for May 8.

     Shawn Patrick O’Brien, Bernard, was charged with possession of marijuana, 1st offense. Arraignment is set for May 8.

     Bailee Lynn Usher, Anamosa, was charged with driving while licensed was denied or revoked. Arraignment is set May 15.

     Cody Allen Emmer, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to OWI, 1st offense. Jury trial is set for July 11.

     Donald Edward Curran, Hopkinton, pleaded not guilty to OWI, 1st offense, and eluding. Jury trial is set for July 18.

     Carrie Anne Gralund, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI, 1st offense, and possession of  marijuana. Jury trial is set for Aug. 1.

     Jordan Patrick Edwards, Hopkinton, was charged with OWI, 1st offense. Preliminary hearing is set for May 3.
