District Court

     Dillon Lee Graf, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for June 22.

     Jordan Lee Jaeger, Marion, pleaded not guilty to possession of burglar’s tools. A jury trial is set for June 22.

     Leslie Michelle Glick, Anamosa, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for March 24. Glick also pleaded guilty to 4th degree theft. She was sentenced to 120 days in jail, to run concurrently with another sentence. She was fined $430 plus court costs.

     Shonneil Marie Phillips, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Albert Gunnard Linne, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree sexual abuse. A jury trial is set for May 4.

     Brian Lynn Rabineau, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to incest, seven counts of 2nd degree sexual abuse, and 10 counts of purchasing/possessing depiction of a minor in a sex act. A jury trial is set for May 18.

     Darcie Lynn Dewar, Olin, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. She was sentenced to four days in jail, and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Matthew Raymond Paananen, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury. A jury trial is set for May 18.

     Dany Lopeko Ngwapapo, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession/carrying dangerous weapons while under the influence. A jury trial is set for June 22. He also pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1st offense. A jury trial is set for July 13.

     Phillip David Galloway, Mechanicsville, was cited for driving while license denied/revoked. A court date is set for March 24.

     Gregory John Tuttle, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to run concurrently with a sentence in Linn County. All but 10 days were suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. He was fined $625 plus court, and ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Jacob Cyrus Lewis Shoaff, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 22.

     Paul Gordon Swanson, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Richard Allen Glenn, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 22.

     Nichole Dianne Matthess, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 22.
