District Court

     Brent Michael Wallenmeyer, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to 1st degree harassment. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $855 plus court costs.

     Austin Wayne Linnabery, Toronto, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for July 27.

     Nathan Robert Trunecek, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree theft and possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, and fined a total of $1,285 plus court costs. All but 120 days of the sentence were suspended, and Trunecek was placed on probation for two years.

     Leslie Michelle Glick, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Aug. 3.

     Kevin Paul Koppes, Monticello, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for April 21.

     Brad Allen Levsen, Anamosa, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for April 14.

     Rick Allen Smith, Anamosa, was cited for driving while barred. A court date is set for May 5.

     Travis Alan Camp, Anamosa, was found in contempt of court for violation of probation. He was sentenced to four days in jail, to run concurrently with a sentence in Cedar County.

     Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, was charged with 1st degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for April 9.

     Michael Aaron Dutcher, Fort Madison, was charged with 2nd degree kidnapping-armed with a dangerous weapon, attempted murder, and two counts of 1st degree murder. A preliminary hearing was set for April 5.

     Thomas Allan Woodward, Jr., Fort Madison, was charged with 2nd degree kidnapping-armed with a dangerous weapon, attempted murder, and two counts of 1st degree murder. A preliminary hearing was set for April 5.

     Steven Lee Cullett, Anamosa, was charged with assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. An arraignment was set for April 5.

     Adam Neil Reeves, Wyoming, was charged with OWI 2nd offense and assault on persons in certain occupations. A preliminary hearing is set for April 14.

     Hunter Keith Andersen, Monticello, was found in contempt of court for violation of probation. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

     Rodney Da Vas Burt II, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 3.

     Jacob Cyrus Lewis Shoaff, Onslow, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year.

     Donald Dewayne Steuri, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Richard Allen Glenn, Olin, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. All but two days were suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Ashley Marie Vesely, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 3.

     Zachary Ronald Edward McAllister, Elgin, was charged with OWI 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing was set for April 5.

     William Joseph Mysak, Mechanicsville, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 21.
