District Court

     Kyler Radford Brundage, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Aug. 3. He also pleaded not guilty to 3^rd degree theft, 3^rd degree sexual abuse, and lascivious acts with a child. A jury trial is set for Aug. 17.

     Dillon Lee Graf, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-impeding flow of air/blood. A jury trail is set for Aug. 17.

     Joshwa Marquette Tanner, Fort Dodge, pleaded not guilty to assault on persons in certain occupations. A jury trial is set for June 22.

     Kelly Antonio Kellenberger, Madison, Wis., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $430 plus court costs.

     Matthew Raymond Paananen, Martelle, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of assault. He was fined $150 plus court costs.

     Patricia Ann Brawner, Albia, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Aug. 17.

     Danielle Marie Newell, Tipton, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 17.

     Andrew J. Oberholser, Wyoming, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2^nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 12.

     Debra S. Spraggs, Monticello, was cited for assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A court date is set for April 21.

     Clayton Theodore Kraus, Monticello, was cited for assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A court date is set for April 28.

     Cody Michael Queto, Morley, was cited for assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A court date is set for April 28.

     Brody Jace Zimmerman, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 17.

     Justin Michael Mead, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 3^rd offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 17.

     Rebecca Rene Row, Anamosa, was arrested for OWI 1^st offense. No court date was set.

     Aaron William Power, Manila, Ark., was arrested for OWI 1^st offense. No court date was set.
