District Court

     Isaac Kurry Reid Williams, Olin, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief 3rd degree and OWI. He wad fined a total of $1,875 plus court costs, and sentenced to a total of 60 days in jail. The sentences were suspended, and Williams was placed on self-supervised probation. He also pleaded guilty to driving while barred and OWI 2nd offense. He was fined $625 plus court costs, and sentenced to seven days in jail on each count.

     Trelain Allen DeJesus, Havelock, N.C., pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. A non-jury trial is set for May 31.

     Joshua David Klaren, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for July 25.

     Nicholas Scott Seeley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for June 27.

     Gerald Wayne Munson, Wyoming, was charged with stalking and criminal mischief 2nd degree. A preliminary hearing is set for May 10. 

     Blake Cameron Kohlmeyer, Hopkinton, previously pleaded guilty to possession with intent to manufacture/deliver controlled substance (methamphetamine). Judgment was deferred. Kohlmeyer was ordered to pay a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000.

     John Dale Spores, Jr., Morley, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine). He was fined $625 plus court costs, and sentenced to two years in prison. His sentences were suspended, and Spores was placed on supervised probation for two years.

     Cynthia lee Shelton, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to going armed with intent and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. A jury trial is set for July 25.

     Michael William Huth, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to dominion/control of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon. A jury trial is set for June 6.

     Angela Lee Pearson, Olin, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft. A jury trial is set for July 18.

     Allen Douglas Osterkamp, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree theft and 3rd degree burglary of motor vehicle. A jury trial is set for Aug. 1.

     Logan Roger Springer, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). A jury trial is set for June 27.

     Jake William Wuckert, Monticello, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. He was fined $625 plus court costs, and sentenced to two years in prison. His sentences were suspended, and Wuckert was placed on supervised probation for one year.

     John Douglas Riffle IV, Springville, was charged with possession of contraband in a correctional institution. A preliminary hearing is set for May 1.

     Cody J. Richards, Springville, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. He was fined $315 plus court costs, and sentenced to seven days in jail.

     Megan Kristine Savage, Burlington, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Judgment was deferred, and Savage was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Michelle Lynn Moore, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 1.

     Nichole Dianne Matthess, Oxford Junction, was charged with possession of prescription drug without a prescription. An arraignment is set for May 8.

     Gauge Leon Linne, Oxford Junction, was charged with assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. An arraignment is set for May 8.

     Shawn Patrick O’Brien, Bernard, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for May 8.

     Bailee Lynn Usher, Anamosa, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for May 15.

     Quinton Anthony Edwards, Martelle, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 10.

     Tommy Lee Barton, Anamosa, was charged with assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. A preliminary hearing is set for May 3.

     Donald Edward Curran, Hopkinton, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and eluding. A jury trial is set for July 18.

     Heidi Elizabeth Kline, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 10.

     Scott Alan Bradley, Jr., Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 10.
