District Court

     Karis Marie Keast, Anamosa, was charged with 3^rd degree theft. An arraignment is set for Jan. 7.

     Cory Michael Jones, Dubuque, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while licensed barred. An arraignment is set for Jan. 9.

     Colleen Louise Arnold, Burlington, pleaded guilty to 2^nd degree theft. She was sentenced to five years in prison. Her sentence was suspended, and Arnold was placed on probation for three years. She was fined $750 plus court costs.

     Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamines 3^rd offense and OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for March 14.

     Megan Adele Dains, Mechanicsville, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. She was fined $625 plus court costs, and sentenced to 40 days in jail.

     Kevin Lee Glassmeyer, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to 1^st degree criminal mischief, eluding, OWI 3^rd offense, dominion/control of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon, driving while barred, operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, and three counts of assault on persons in certain occupations. A jury trial is set for Feb. 7. He was also charged with deliver and/or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamines. An arraignment is set for Jan. 3.

     David Raymond Manternach, Cascade, pleaded guilty to assault. He was sentenced to five days in jail, and fined $65 plus court costs.

     Robert Gibson Haas, Cascade, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-injury/mental illness 1^st offense and violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. A jury trial is set for March 7.

     Eric Sharod Johnson, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for March 7.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, was charged with assault on persons in certain occupations. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 30.

     Brett Matthew Koppes, Onslow, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 9.

     Jacob Brett Harms, Center Junction, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for March 14.

     Ryan Ray Oldfather, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2^nd offense. A jury trial is set for March 7.

     Allen Douglas Osterkamp, Cedar Rapids, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Jan. 3.

     Warren E. Graham, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for March 7.

     Louis Edward Sharp, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Dec. 27.

     Judith Renae Guyer, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. An arraignment is set for Jan. 3.

     Cori Jo Kula, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 2^nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 4.
