     Timothy Paul Foster, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 67 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. Sixty days were suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for two years.

     Denise Marie O’Brien, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined $105 plus court costs.

     Troy Lee Schoon, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail, and fined $855 plus court costs. Thirty days were suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Seth Alan McDonell, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Nov. 30.

     Justin Blake Ritzman, Marion, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Nov. 2.

     Jamie Lee Bickford, Hopkinton, was cited for driving while barred. A court date was set for Sept. 22.

     Andrew Vitalyvich Likanchuck, Anamosa, was cited for driving while barred. A court date was set for Sept. 22.

Keith D. Whittmon Anderson, Jr., Cedar Rapids, was cited for driving while barred. A court date was set for Sept. 8.

     Luke Allen Jaeger, Earlville, was cited for driving while barred. A court date was set for Oct. 6.

     Thomas Moon Benegas, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault with intent to commit sexual abuse-bodily injury and nine counts of indecent exposure. A jury trial is set for Oct. 5.

     Andrew Philip Thomas, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of maintaining premises for drugs and possession of marijuana 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Thomas was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,285 plus court costs.

     Colton Lee Varty, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense, two counts of 1st degree theft, and two counts of 3rd degree burglary. A jury trial is set for Dec. 14.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault 3rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 9.

     Milton Weir, Anamosa, was charged with prisoner possessing contraband while confined and possession of explosive/incendiary device with intent to use to commit public offense. An arraignment is set for Sept. 13.

     Natasha Lenyn Welsh, Manchester, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Welsh was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $430 plus court costs.

     Joshua Wayne Jentz, Dubuque, was charged with 4th degree theft. An arraignment is set for Sept. 13.

     Dakota James Carpenter, Monticello, pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily injury. He was sentenced to 51 days in jail, and fined $430 plus court costs. He was also ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Talanda Champagne, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 4th degree theft. A jury trial is set for Dec. 7.

     Riley James Foix, Cedar Rapids, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date was set for Sept. 15.

     Brooke Marie Lambing, Cedar Rapids, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date was set for Sept. 15.

     Zachary Ronald Edward McAllister, Manchester, pleaded guilty to OWI 3rd offense. He was sentenced to a maximum of five years in prison. All but 30 days were suspended, to be served in the Jones County Jail. He was fined $3,125 plus court costs.

     William Joseph Mysak, Mechanicsville, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 plus court costs.

     Tyler Steven E. Kuper, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs. Twenty-eight days were suspended, Kuper was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.
