     Joshua Robert Boyce, Mount Vernon, was found guilty of driving while barred. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, was arrested for contempt-violation of no-contact/protective order. No court date was set.

     Halsey Lee Hunt, Morley, was found guilty of domestic abuse assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined $903.75 plus court costs.

     Keegan T. Hebert, Clarence, pleaded guilty to 4th degree theft. He was fined $315 plus court costs, and sentenced to 15 days in jail.

     Aaron James Coon, Ames, pleaded not guilty to failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Aug. 8.

     William Lawrence Tucker, Williamsburg, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Aug. 8.

     Dalvyn Lamont Walker, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding flow of air/blood. A preliminary hearing is set for June 1.

     Thomas Gerald Boyle, Cascade, was charged with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. A preliminary hearing is set for June 5.

     Cliff Renzo Sills, Jr., Olin, was charged with operating without owner’s consent. A preliminary hearing is set for May 31.

     Timothy Gerald Null, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while barred, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for May 31.

     Steven Delbert Kenney, Sr., Martelle, pleaded guilty to 1st degree theft. He was fined a civil penalty of $1,000 plus court costs, and placed on supervised probation for three years. The civil penalty was suspended.

     Brooke Desire Mull, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. She was fined a civil penalty of $1,000 plus court costs, and placed on supervised probation for three years. The civil penalty was suspended.

     Troy Lynn Petz, Jr., Fort Madison, was found guilty to assault on persons engaged in certain occupations-bodily fluids. Sentencing is set for July 31.

     Tanner Michael Meade, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to introducing intoxicants/drugs into correctional institution. A jury trial is set for July 18.

     Angelica Marie Meade, Davenport, pleaded not guilty to introducing intoxicants/drugs into correctional institution. A jury trial is set for July 25.

     Marty Lynn Seeley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to two counts of controlled substance violation. A jury trial is set for July 11.

     Gerald Wayne Munson, Wyoming, was charged with 2nd degree criminal mischief. An arraignment is set for May 22.

     Tracy Marie Bedenbender, Central City, pleaded guilty to forgery. She was sentenced to five years in prison and fined $650 plus court costs. Both the fine and sentence were suspended, and Bedenbender was placed on probation for three years.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, was charged with possession of firearm/offensive weapon by felon. An arraignment is set for May 29.

     Erica Abigail Sams, Anamosa, was charged with possessing contraband on/in grounds of correctional facility. An arraignment is set for May 29. Sams was also charged with 2nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for May 22.

     Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, was charged with 2nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for May 22.

     Michael William Huth, Jr., Olin, was charged with 2nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for May 22.

     Nathan Michael Folkers, Monticello, was charged with 1st degree fraudulent practice. An arraignment is set for May 22.

     Isaac Abraham Avery, Maquoketa, was charged with possession of controlled substance (marijuana), distribution of controlled substance violation to a minor, and operating while intoxicated. No court date was set.

     John Douglas Riffle, IV, Springville, pleaded guilty to 4th degree theft. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Bailee Lynn Usher, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for Aug. 1.

     Quinton Anthony Edwards, Martelle, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for June 5.

     Paul Edwin Nelson, Oxford Junction, was arrested for violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. No court date was set.

     Matthew Ian Hutchins, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of controlled substance 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 5.

     Carrie Anne Gralund, was arrested for driving while license denied/revoked. A court date is set for May 24.

     Jake William Wuckert, Monticello, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 30.

     Autumn Wendy Seeley, Anamosa, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for May 22.
